Tuesday midday hosts another Kansas City homicide scene in broad daylight.
Here's the report:
Suspicious death is being investigated as a homicide
"Officers were dispatched on an accident/ambulance call involving an unresponsive man lying in the street. Officers located the man, who was dead upon their arrival. The man had several injuries but a manner of death could not immediately be determined"
The victim: Unknown w/m mid 20’s
At this time last year there were only 60 homicides. Recent reports put this town at a 7-year-murder high for this date on the calendar.

ReplyDeleteHomicides will always happen, no matter how many special investigative units are grown at the problem. The number fluctuates. There is no way to avoid it. Some years, fewer people are killed, some years, more people are killed. It is what it is, and it is a hard truth that few people can accept. The community is the most powerful influence against violent crime. The community has the information, and the ability to deter violence. It cannot be a problem only for the police, because they come into the equation after the fact..... the community can do so much to foster a changed culture in which violence becomes much less common.

All this blackness, I mean, leadership was intended to inspire world peace. It's on the horizon but its presented itself in a form unrecognizable and unexpected by our leaders...dead bodies. Now back to your regularly scheduled propaganda, urban gunfights and stray bullets.
