Kansas City Blogger Bill Tammeus Considers The Consequences Of White Privilege

Legendary newsman and Kansas City blogger Bill Tammeus talks a touchy subject amid recent tense circumstances. However, he deserves congratulations on reaching the same conclusion that we did a long time ago i.e. blaming white people. Check it: When 'white privilege' rules: 8-27-14 (Bill's 'Faith Matters' Blog)

the relentless and incessant onslaught of stupidity continues as we all try to codify new terms for white guilt. The importance of white guilt in the zeitgeist cannot be underestimated. Its the universal lubricant for the mechanism of the Grievance Industry.

It's necessary in the face of the unambiguated evidence of dissprpportionate African American criminality and violence to find new reasons, new new justifications and far more importantly, new nomenclature and distractions to hypnotize the chickens.

Pathetic, but here in Amerca's barnyard we are used to eating the shit our Facist leaders throw on the ground. Ummmmm... easy to get to it too when you are on your knees.

"A pastor who also is an adjunct journalism professor at my alma mater, the University of Missouri, has written this intriguing piece about how black people can help white people understand white privilege and other aspects of race relations.

We white folks keep thinking we've made a lot of progress with all this. And, indeed, things are much different and better than they were when I was a boy, as I describe in a chapter in my new book, Woodstock: A Story of Middle Americans. But then we get smacked by something like Ferguson and we realize anew how much is left to do."

For starters Bill, why don't you move your lilly white ass to Ferguson and communicate from there, to we students what the Black Panthers, looters, thugs and Big Al Sharpton would like to give us for homework tonight.

God this shit is just amazing.

"White Privilege” is a social construct. But it’s a necessary one: it’s the “deus ex machina” to which liberals must resort in order to write themselves out of the corner they’ve painted with their narrative.

Using all logic in a Cartesian world makes everything apparent: we’ve spent $100 trillion or so on an unwinnable war, and we should stop fighting it. For 50 years, we’ve tried in earnest to close this “achievement gap” or the “intelligence gap” or the “criminality gap” and all of the offshoots of the above. It didn’t take.

Rather than simply cut our losses and admit defeat, the liberals need a reason to keep us fighting. A reason to get us to keep spending more and more untold trillions of dollars on this quagmire, this squaring of the circle, this Waterloo for white society. “White Privilege” is this vague concept that otherwise logical people must swallow before they can throw out their obvious conclusions and simply say, “yeah, white privilege. We don’t understand it, because we can’t. So we’ll keep on writing them checks, and eventually, they’ll stop robbing, raping, and murdering us, and they’ll become good taxpaying republicans.”

So, on we went, and waited for the light, and went without the meat, and cursed the bread.

Repeating blather does not make it comprehensible.

The message doesn't suffer just because you lack comprehension.

Kid's love the "white people problems" phrase... it's been an effective way of guilting them for desiring clean cities, low crime and a functioning civilized society.

Another libtard editorialist who doesn't know his ass from a hole.

White privilege is what you get for going to school and working. Fucking try it sometime or just call Colin Powell and ask him how he made it happen.

Tammeus is right.

The article Tammeus references is hilarious in it's unintended logical progression. The author tells us that Ferguson is "our" fault since we abandoned the city, and criticizes whites and "blacks who want the American Dream of following whites" for moving from the City. The unintended logical progression of this thinking, however, is that unless white people are around the remaining black population will commit more crime and watch their community deteriorate without intervention, and will loot and pillage when they feel slighted.

Maybe the author is right... Maybe without a sizable white population to maintain order and community the black population will flounder. The question I'm sure the author doesn't want to face, however, is that if his premise about abandonment is correct, why the black culture is insufficient to take care of themselves and requires white culture to "babysit" them?

"White Guilt" is the liberal attempt to rationalize two irrational concepts, those being:

1. The problems faced by black culture are the result of lack of money, thus by spending money we can solve the problems.

2. The problems of the black culture (or any culture, really) can be solved by some "better informed" party rather than by those in the culture itself, i.e. direction vs. self determination.

Since both of these irrational concepts have proved to be false, the rationale of "white guilt" is used as some sort of mysterious variable explaining why they these concepts are failing. There's simply too ideology, money, and the votes that come along with it to admit failure and reevaluate the strategy.

Mr. Tammeus is as predictable as Gwen Grant of the Urban League (open mouth--exude crap), Congressman Cleaver of Christianity carwash (I'll cleanse your sins--for a fee), and Mayor James (I know what's best for your kids--though mine are delinquents).

After reading Mr. Tammeus' opening line---"One of the most difficult concepts for white people (I'm one).."---whereby he confesses his sin of "whiteness", despite having his photo prominently positioned on the page, the reader can accurately surmise this man is not playing with a full deck.

The article which he references---"After Ferguson, churches must confess the sin of abandonment (COMMENTARY)"---begins fittingly enough with a man weeping tears in anticipation of appearing before a white congregation. The reader is asked to disregard the author's blatant racism, and to look inward to locate the source of society's injustice.

While this type of liberal guilt theology may work for the spiritually impaired, those of strong faith will no doubt recognize these false proselytizers as flimflam men on the "white privilege" circuit.

Mr. Tammeus, repent your sins and embrace your inner Polar Bear!

Chuck,

Tammeus makes a very well-thought-out piece here that unfortunately flew right over your polluted, hate-filled head.

It'd be funny if it weren't so sad.

....and apparently, Tammeus' "well-thought-out piece" flew right INTO your head and left you in a state of mental retardation.

Spot on. I've always noticed this logical flaw as well. From white flight to urban schools, the implication is without whites, a community can't be successful. How racist is that?
