    O rly? well, that's news to the VAST majority of downtowner voters who supported expansion (and still do) to say nothing of the overwhelming majority of voter in midtown and the plaza who support expansion (you know, the ones who would actually pay for it)

    Only thing they got right is that Chastains plan is a total fucking fantasy. Unfunded, unicorns and dreams sprinkles.
