Throughout this bit of rain, Kansas City pedestrians are complaining that this town's old and busted storm drains make walking against traffic even more dangerous . . .
The context here is that Mayor Sly, City Hall and the Council have refused an audit of the Water Dept. to address the situation. Meanwhile, taxpayers just passed another water levy under the threat of increased rates BUT local water fees KEEP rising and it's actually built into KC's bond payment play that the cost of our local water mess will continue to increase.
