Regardless of opinion of guns this was a dumb bill that was unconstitutional as state nullification of federal law died in about 1865.

ReplyDeleteThere was NOTHING significant about killing this silly bill.Even if it had become law it wouldn't have lasted 30 minutes in front of a Federal judge and at best it would have landed a rebellious Law Enforcement officer in jail. Everyone in Jeff City already knew that and if they didn't we have some major dumb asses running this state.
