Newspaper: Kansas City police are investigating after a homeless man was found beaten and incoherent Saturday night near 9th Street and Highland Avenue.
Moreover, the slightly warmer weather means that we'll be seeing more of Kansas City hobos and the patience of allegedly polite Kansas City residents will be put to the test.
Also, let's not forget that our City Manager doesn't want residents helping these people too much . . .
