Still . . . We were thinking that there's still a good chance at a significant KCMO murder rate reduction depending on how the weekend works out.

Women don't commit such crimes.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to see how there can be a significant reduction in the murder rate with 103 homicides already recorded for the year. Any change will be little more than a rounding error and if even a small percentage of wounded victims had died, the 2013 total would be much larger than 2012.
