So those under Obamacare must, by law, be insured by Oct with fines and penalties being assessed against them by January and the fucking worthless state legislature is not even going to address the problem until 2014. I hope people develop a sense of responsibility about who they vote for in the future 'cause in some places in America people are about to get screwed worse than ever.
