Kansas City Code Of Silence

An interesting report on the lack of progress in facilitating community participation in some homicide cases: Unsolved homicides pile on pain for police, families

And while the uninitiated and ignorant might claim this is some new trend that has arisen with the popularity of hip-hop music . . . We are initiated at TKC and realize that THE KANSAS CITY CODE OF SILENCE actually traces it roots back to the Pendergast days and its really a longstanding civic tradition throughout every demographic in KC Proper to look the other way amid uncomfortable situations.

This problem goes much further than KC, Tony.

"Snitches end up in ditches" is a common rhetoric among the inner city dwellers all across America. Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, it matters not in far too high a percentage of people living in the mess that our once great cities have become.

  2. Comparing the African American Hip/Hop Holocaust sub culture of death and ignorance and the HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dead in teh streets of our cities over teh last 30 years to the Pedergast era is ridiculous.
