ReplyDeleteIt's a level 5 felony charge, which is middle of the road as far as felony charges in Kansas are concerned. He is facing about 41 months if convicted, so a $50,000 bond isn't that unreasonable.

He hasn't been charged with killing anyone. He is only charged with leaving the scene of a fatality accident. The were several other vehicles that also reportedly struck the man and left the scene. Including one that dragged him down the highway.
There is NO defense for this asshole. None.. He should pay big time for this one.
