Kansas City Star's JoCo man about town Steve Rose may or may not have the gift of foresight but he calls a VERY CLOSE election for Prez Obama while noting that Mitt Romney might win the popular voter.

    If Obama wins the electoral vote and Romney wins the popular vote, this will be the first time that results in a Democratic Party win. Maybe then the Republicans will start advocating for the end of the Electoral College.

    Actually Obama's father was Kenyan and deserted the family early on. Obama, who is half white, was mostly reared by his white middle-class grandparents.
