The Occupy Movement is mostly a memory.
Still . . . It's nice to see UMKC students clinging to the fad just a tad bit later than everybody else.
On the bright side . . . OCCUPY UMKC HAS MUCH BETTER GRAPHIC DESIGN THAN ANY OTHER LOCAL FACTION OF THE PROTEST MOVEMENT WITHOUT ANY SPECIFIC GOALS EVEN MARGINALLY RELATED TO KANSAS CITY!!!

"Occupy UMKC, acting in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street, is leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The next General Assembly meeting of Occupy UMKC will begin at 3:00pm on Monday 11-14-11 at the stage, near the coffeehouse, in the Student Union. This is our movement, we formulate our own demands amongst ourselves and we decide how to draw attention to those demands. As with all of the occupations, we encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants."
