The FBI's UCR is something to think about. New numbers came out recently but local media doesn't like noting just how far gone this cowtown is when it comes to violence and murder.

It's still sad that even in this we can't keep up with STL.
I read that list looking for common denominators, so we can figure out how to end all this violence and hurry along toward the Nirvana which our socialist handlers have planned for us.
ReplyDeleteI think I've got it... they all have one thing in common. Too many white people with jobs, all congregated in one place. Yeah- that's the ticket.
KCPD is there to keep count of crime don't expect the police to solve crime.

Just go down to units like planning and research, training, homeland security, etc. Units that spend most of their time surfing the web because they haven't anything better to do.
The KCPD has become an organziation that can't be changed. Like GM or Montgomery Ward their culture of ineptitude only gets passed down from one generation to the next. Unlike GM and Montgomery Ward they can't go out of business.

The police are a multiple function force. Motorcycle cops are tax collectors.
ReplyDeleteTraffic cops are street cleaners, ridding streets of scrap metal. (They certainly don't work to move traffic when they're standing out there with their hands in their pockets.)
And homocide arranges for dead body removal.
And you would expect what? A Hippie Mayor, excuse me co-mayors, a politically correct police chief that has LOST the respect of the "Coppers". KCMO is a city in DECLINE and this is just more evidence. But there is hope......ALONZO WASHINGTON!!!!!

That's a mistake. Blacks do care and they work against violence every day. Maybe if we helped we could all end the violence?

Dear Mr. Tony: Thanks for this posting. KCMO does indeed have a serious crime problem--and it is time that the city's leaders faced this reality. With the Waldo rapist incident we may well be moving into the stage that NYC moved into in the early 1990's in the aftermath of the Central Park jogger incident: Violence stops being largely confined to minority sections of the city and instead starts moving into other parts of the city. If we are indeed moving into this new stage, the city's very survival is on the line: NYC came very close to "self-destructing" in the early 1990's, we may do the same.
