TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! EVEN MORE KANSAS CITY COURT DRAMA ON THE WAY: THE LAW IS LOOKING FOR MAYOR FUNKY!!!
Once again there's news out City Hall that this town's most litigious Mayor might be under fire again . . . Thanks to THE MOST AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS for this quick message:
"A Jackson County deputy tried to serve Funk a subpoena this morning. His staff sent him to the Law Department."
Strange, because everybody knows the Mayor is more likely to be found in Brookside or maybe at the library.
Tell me this is true!!
ReplyDeleteThat is EXCELLENT!
Here's hoping.
I believe you "scooped" The Kansas City Star, Tony! LOL
Have a great weekend,
Mo Rage
Oh God, What NOW?
ReplyDeleteIt might have just been a subpoena to testify in the Shawn Pierce case.
ReplyDeleteBut, you're right Tony. Funk has been one legal nightmare after the next.
Give it a rest. Everytime some nut bag decides to sue the city, they serve the "office of the mayor".... Jeez, get a life...
ReplyDeleteat least we know there's no way it could be a paternity suit....

Siettman ladies and gentleman.
And no Mark, that's not the way it works.
Nice try. Not every suit brought against the office of mayor results in a subpeona delivered by the sheriff's department.
ReplyDeleteTwo breeds of cat.
5:12 - it could be a satyr.
ReplyDeleteHmmm no City Hall generated explainations as "comments?"
ReplyDeleteWhat did the ugly MF do this time
ReplyDeleteJust checked casenet... the subpoena was for Shawn's case... a summons was issued for both Funk and Gloria.
ReplyDeleteJust more Kansas city citizens tax dollars down the toilet.
ReplyDeleteMMMMM More under oath tasty bits to come out!
ReplyDeleteWhy won't the city sue Gloria to keep her out their business.
ReplyDeleteThe Co-mayors have cost this city at least 10 mill in three years. That has got to be a record!!!
