If you weren't around at the time or simply have forgotten the original hype from the Mayor Snowplowhead's campaign, he promised to use all his skill and accumulated knowledge of government as Kansas City Auditor of tne Century to bring us a City That Worked rather than what this Municipal Nightmare of a guy has wreaked upon us... a City That Doesn't Work and is Unsafe.
