The only, paltry Latino representation at The Star cries crocodile tears today for some white lady who was making more than ONE MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR . . . I believe people should be well-informed but I have to point out that NOBODY outside Kansas City professional circles cares about this story.

ReplyDeleteAnother example of Feckless Mary Sanchez, Ace reporter for the Kansas City Star. If this woman thinks they publicly fired their CEO and chief fundraiser in December right before the culmination of the years fundraising efforts without having Ms Pletz dead to rights and for something really bad, I just don't know what to say other than she, Ms Sanchez, must be JUST PLAIN STUPID. We have a lot of those public profile people in this town.
ReplyDeleteThis will all play out and we will find out most if not all of what happened. I would guess that whatever we found out won't be because of Mary Sanchez functioning as a reporter.
I end by pointing out that this is a newsworthy event in Kansas City and rather than sobbing for Karen Pletz, Mary Sanchez could have done something like dig into what happened. So far, she hasn't done that. Isn't that her job? Or does the Star have any reporters left?
Actually, Ms. Pletz foul reputation transcends Kansas City. There are fine people all over the US who left the school due to her controlling mgmt style and erratic behavior.
