KMBC: The Kansas City Police Board says the backlog of tickets issued for red-light camera violations was eliminated.

    Big deal. They are all getting dismissed in court if the defendant has the tiniest clue what to do.

    The city government is using deception and fraud to squeeze money out of people.

    Shameful.

    My citation came from Cinci. Any backlog can go away if you pay an outside firm enough to make it go away.
