And you think a trolley charging $15 is going to move people from the Waldo "neighborhood vibe" to the atmosphere of Westport? Come on Tony call that $500k to Westport what it is....BULLSHIT!

As for JoCo. Many of those folks (and other suburbanites) have rolled out of their boring strip center joints to come DT for a destination night. To them the trolley will be a huge joke and they'll not waste their time on it as it meanders through the "urban core".
There's a reason why there's so much suburbia at the P&L and yes Tony you're on it....there's very little "urban core" to deal with down there and the Westport Trolley
will not have the lifestyle compatibility wanted by suburban partiers.
Again Tony add (some negative commentary)that $500,000 to the $20.5 million deal and quit covering for your scum bag buds in Westport.
