RenewalKC is part of a window company making out big from Obama Cash . . . Now they're using Twitter as part of their strategy as both a marketing and an internal communications tool. It's very creative, leaves no space for negative customer feedback which abounds on the net . . . And even better, Obama (i.e. you) is picking up the tab!!!

From what I've read, they really should be using Yammer if they want to leverage the microblogging format as an internal communication tool.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if I agree that Twitter "leaves no space for negative customer feedback." Anyone can still leave negative feedback in that forum, you know.
And by the way, I'm not following you on the "picking up the tab" part. Twitter is a free service.
Agree about Yammer. And Obama bucks now finance most home improvement companies who claim environmental benefits. That would be almost all of them.
