I'm glad I never picked up the print edition of The Star.
Today, I heard they ran a version of a snuff photo.
Web viewers were just a little but lucky. Also, kudos to Chuck Eddy for trying to shield his eyes.
Here's what online viewers witnessed on the front page which was only a hint of the Kansas City gross.

If anyone supports this:

I'm not kidding.
Funk you if you support obvious nepotism in local government and pathological stubbornness that views every challenge or question with contempt.
Funk you if you want City Hall run out of a home office in Brookside or at a meeting room in the Library or from a laptop at Starbucks.
Funk you if you still cling to empty rhetoric that has yet to lead to any noticeable difference in Kansas City after so many big promises.
And funk you if you think Kansas City's Mayor should lead by press conference and vomitus photo ops.
I'm sorry for the pseudo-expletives but I've finally seen the Mayor's real priorities. This photo captures the spirit of the Funkhouser Administration and it's not love between a man and wife but a power hungry political couple telling their constituents to kiss off.
I just threw up in my mouth a little.

ReplyDeleteAfter seeing the defiant and otherwise Gruesome Twosome, one wonders whether the recall petition will be enough to get him out of City Hall. Sadly, my vision is the Funk being dragged out of the building in handcuffs by a smirking and still putrid Wayne Cauthen and some security personnel.
