Inspired by The Wizard of Oz, four Kansas City twenty-something misfits navigate their new lives in the scary, but exciting Emerald City of New York.

And while it sounds like a porno, the Youtube trailer for the short comedy flick seems rather promising because it involves make believe and doesn't portray chubby Midwestern college students developing an eating disorder in the big city or dudes in stupid skinny jeans in their late 20's spending away their parent's retirement simply to enjoy pricey PBR in a more exciting location.

Still, I don't want anybody to feel bad for living in this cowtown and missing out on New York fun. Middle-class hipsters without the good fortune to be born to parents who could make this dream happen can always freelance for The Pitch. It's the next best thing, just ask Nadia "I swear I will kill you the next time I see you if you call me a chickenhead one more time" Pflaum.
