ReplyDeleteTony uses the words "insane priorities" regarding the mayor. Now Tony is one bright fellow, so I assume he is not using the term "insane" for the dramatic impact. It is an old clinical term, which would have some other terminology into days psychiatric diagnostic manual. A definition of insanity is that one keeps trying to do the same thing over and over even though it is not effective or working. And that the person is doing this without real conscious control.
ReplyDeleteI think it is time to start talking about the mental health of this mayor in moder clinical terms. Otherwise, we will have the psychologically distrubed behavior of the mayor and his wife controlling the political discourse.
We have a psychologically disturbed mayor at the helm.
"Insane" is not a clinical term, nor is it medical or psychological. It is purely legal.
