I never thought the MammyGate Trial would get to this point and would have been settled because I believe . . . .

THE INFORMATION IN THIS UPCOMING DEPOSITION THAT WILL BE A PART OF THE PUBLIC RECORD WILL CONTAIN MORE THAN ENOUGH DAMAGING TESTIMONY THAT COULD BRING ABOUT THE NEPOTISM INVESTIGATION FROM A STATE AND COUNTY LEVEL!!!

At this point, the Mayor is literally risking his job and bringing Kansas City's daily local government business to a halt because of his stubbornness and his wife's racial slurs.

The only silver lining to all of this is that as Mayor Funky continues down this path he loses even more support every day.

TKC CONTENTION:

IF MAYOR FUNKHOUSER WAS REMOVED FROM OFFICE BECAUSE OF CLEAR CUT INSTANCES OF NEPOTISM . . . VERY FEW PEOPLE WOULD COMPLAIN AND THE VAST MAJORITY OF RESIDENTS WOULD CELEBRATE THE END OF THIS LONG, LOCAL NIGHTMARE!!!

And let me amend that statement . . . Nobody in Kansas City Proper would care if Mayor Funky was removed from office and the folks who would raise a ruckus in rural areas around KC (talk radio listeners) would quickly move on to complaining about Obama or the fact that their daughters are married to Mexicans.

This thing really has come down to the wire and the only people I can find consistently supporting the Mayor are either smart folks looking to cash in favors before he's forced to leave or reactionary white people who don't understand the issues and just see a clueless white dude (one of their own) buckling under the pressure.
