Sailing into Spring

They've been talking about Spring for three weeks. I think this might be the first week we get to take a consistent look at it in Kansas City. It's almost a cause for celebration considering the fact that we're in late March and far closer to the horrible Summer humidity this town endures than anybody would like to think.

Speaking of changing seasons . . . There's a long running stereotype about time and its cruel(er) effects on women, I recently stumbled upon a photo which proves that's not always true. Check out a couple of the Breakfast Club members more than twenty years later:

Molly looks much better than Judd, maybe it's because she's a health nut veggie broad. I don't know . . . But I believe in the power of white women. Then again, recently I ran into the father of an old high school buddy and he looked exactly the same as when I was a kid - So there could be hope that Latino dudes are sometimes equally ageless . . . I know that I'll probably never cease my "interest" in white broads, snack cakes and conspiracy theories. One of those is bound to keep me young i.e. naive.
