Anybody think the Supersonics are really coming to KC? I'm all for it if it happens, I think basketball is a way better attraction than hockey but this town has been played before . . . And recently.

Make no mistake: KC is being played yet again. This "news story" is pure speculation, and furthermore, it appears OK would be their first choice anyway.

ReplyDeleteExpect the Memphis Grizzlies to move here. They are about to be put up for sale (again).
ReplyDeleteThe sonics look like they are doomed to leave seattle. There are too many people who don't care about sports in that town. Sonics would likely move to OKC since that's where the new people who bought them are from.
As if we weren't teased enough with the prospects of Sidney Crosby of the Penguins coming to KC, now we will more than likely get the same stuff with Kevin Durant probably being drafted by the Sonics.
