Thankfully, if the Bible reports correctly, God was probably a Republican seeing as how He didn't really mind war in the Middle-East and hated gays and women. But hack comedians and blog pundits like myself have long noted that the Big JC was a classic liberal . . . Which might explain his violent death. Also, here's a recent story about two organizations infamous for bad ideas finally working together in the Show-Me State. Nice to see the Catholic Church cooperate with somebody besides the Nazis.
Representatives of labor and the Catholic Church on Wednesday advocated passage of a ballot measure to raise the minimum wage in Missouri.Unions and the Catholics want to regulate minimum wage in this country which is odd because they had a hard enough time regulating themselves AND priests have never seemed to clear on the whole minimum age requirement.
State election officials Tuesday certified petitions seeking to raise the minimum wage from $5.15 to $6.50. The issue will be on the Nov. 7 ballot.

Ah, bull...atheists killed more people (remember Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, etc. ad nauseum) in the 20th century alone than in all the so called relgious conflicts (re class warfare) than in human history.
