Quick Question

It's nice to note that plans were recently unveiled for the Berkley Riverfront Park. However, I'd like to know one thing: Why don't any of these illustrations depict the homeless, hookers, drug addicts, gun violence or pervs? Considering that's how most parks in this city roll . . . I would like just a little realism when it comes to design. Also, I don't want to get into a debate with you about how nice local parks are . . . That's ghey . . . Just like Mill Creek park.
