"Construction on Metro area highways will be giving drivers headaches for months to come."

In the near future, KC's downtown will be nearly impassable (Or even more so). Downtown redevelopment has been poorly planed all the way around and traffic is only the most visible aspect of Mayor Kay's folly. I wouldn't trust this lady to coordinate my sandwich and that's only slightly more important than the transportation of thousands of people and major economic development.

  1. I just came down 152 heading into Liberty and they coned it down to one late just past North Oak without a single piece of construction material or a construction worker in site....why the fuck cone it down to one lane if they lazy bastards aren't working?

MODOT needs to get their heads out of their asses. Can't wait for winter to get here.....

  3. Sorry Ayman, not all of us have the luxury of living within walking distance to our employer....how is Taco Bell treating you?

  4. Inform yourself as to lane closures and take responsibility for planning your route. It isn't that hard, douchebag.

  6. Has anybody noticed how inaccessible the downtown court house is?

And this does not effect shark laywers.

It affects title researchers, social workers, marriage license applicants, etc.

There is no public parking closer than two blocks to the courthouse, all other parking is restricted and the parking that is within two blocks is always full.

And if you are late getting back...a 28 dollar tickett!

WHO THE HELL WANTS TO GO DOWNTOWN

  7. anonymous douchebag,

If I was to inform myself of all the lane closures, that would take up my whole day as this city loves to place those fucking cones everywhere....I can see placing the cones on the road...but if it's 5pm on a Friday and not one construction worker is around, then pick the cones up....don't h8.
