Channel 4 reports that police are having an easier time catching criminals thanks to the fashion trend of low-hanging, baggy, saggy pants.
"I've had several foot chases where the individuals get out and run, end up tripping, falling, hurting themselves just because they can't run when their pants are hanging down by their knees," said police officer Darren Snapp. Although some say saggy pants started as a show of disrespect for authority, police say they're getting the last laugh with all the easy arrests.
and, they tend to cross the street slowly and end up being in your lane when you get the right-of-way green.
