It seems to me that part of the qualifications for being a developer is to have a wanton disregard for others people's opinions and a supreme arrogance that exudes a kind of stupid self-confidence which probably comes off good on camera. Strangely, these are probably the same traits exhibited by people who buy clothes from Dolce & Gabbana. Nevertheless, Clay County suburbanites have now been set upon by pushy developers chasing profits and trampling on anyone in their way.
