Headed to San Antonio?
KCTV Anchor Alexis Del Cid is leaving the Meredith station after 6 years. Del Cid worked as the morning Anchor at KCTV before being demoted to the station's lifestyle show "Better Kansas City." Word is that Del Cid informed her bosses that she would be leaving the station when her contract came up and although she has not said where she is headed, we think we know.
Who was she? Never heard of her.

ReplyDeleteChannel 5 fucked her over when they brought in that gay fuckface Joe Chirodo and promoted Gina Bullard to co-anchors after she had been a traffic reporter for 3 months trying to appeal to a millenial crowd, and demoted Alexis. She was excellent. Have to give her credit though for honoring her contract. I wish her well she's a class act. They're morning news ratings have tanked.Be well and be safe Alexis.
ReplyDeleteAh, such is the life of on-air talent. Too bad -- I was just thinking the other day how entertaining and natural she is, vs a lot of others. Big loss for 5 -- they'll be sorry.

Glad to see her go. She was very awkward ALWAYS POSING with hand on her hip. NOT NATURAL (as someone commented) AT ALL. It was really weird!!!!!
