Something for everybody to dislike I suppose. The pro open borders crowd seemed really riled up tonight, I guess that's to be expected. Credit to Shanin for performing a difficult balancing act.
ReplyDeleteNO MORE SALES TAXES. 14% downtown is too much already, the border issue is tough but for Fox news. The more important issue here is KC getting taxes to death with little or no benefit. This is just more of the same.

ReplyDeleteLet's use an analogy (so Liberals can better understand) to explain illegal immigration:
You own and operate a public restaurant (this represents the United States of America).
You took out a business loan, hire employees, pay taxes, and have a thin profit margin. You have to manage your expenses carefully or the business will fail.
Liberals in the community begin a false advertising campaign that anyone can go and eat in your restaurant without paying. They love to say things like "you didn't build that business" and "access to free food is a right."
Because of their mental impairment, liberals are constantly trying to destroy the bedrock principles of our nation. It's just that they're always trying to give away other people's property and rights, and not their own!

Mr. Tuohey -- incisive logic and reasoning skills; his comments on pre-K taxes and streetcar deserve a highlight.
Mr. Mirakian -- a KC rare gem! His comments on the IG report are MUST WATCH (begin at 18:30).
Open boarders is an indefensible concept. How could any self respecting citizen consider the concept even a vague fart of an idea is crazy.
