Kansas City Education Talk: Mostly Feel Good Niceties Amid Ongoing Legacy Of FAIL???



More uplifting commentary whilst local schools remain mired in provisional accreditation and political leaders seem mostly concerned with power plays and bidding on lucrative contracts connected to the industry.

Great ideas from well meaning people, sadly, what we'll see is nothing but more patronage from KCPS.

^^^ Too negative. Focus on the good idea, that's really the only hope in trying to do things different and help the students succeed!

What is the school of the future? I see it as a place where students sit at a desk with a book and the teacher teaching them. Where discipline is strict and there is homework each day. A place where disruptive students are thrown out of the building.
Where academics and civility are the priority and students are required to perform
