Kansas City Wheelchair Dude Killed Downtown Was Hit By Car Two Years Ago, Too

A tragic look at careless local drivers and their deadly consequences. Take a look:

Fox4: Kansas City man in wheelchair killed in hit-and-run also struck by car 2 years ago

Deets:

"According to his loved ones, Noel was a retired roofer and was living in a metro nursing home. One friend told FOX4 that Noel was in a separate auto crash two years ago when a car hit him in traffic and paralyzed him to some degree."

Even better, check more info for Downtowners who might be able to help his family find justice . . .

  1. This car I bet was stolen by some of our local diversity that had fake or stolen tags. Drive around in the hood and you'll see an amazing amount of cars with temporary tags. Police should be pulling these cars over all the time but they can't for they will be called racist. The perp in this crime will never be caught, he most assuredly dumped the car a few minutes later. Just like the hate crimes of Jonathan Porter and Jeffery McDonald, the racist black males will never be caught by KCPD despite dozens of fellow racist black people knowing who did it. In the hood these crimes are quietly celebrated and approved of by the racist black community.

  2. The wheel chair guy, and others, are often sitting right on the edge of the road, sometimes in it, and rolling out in front of people.

Its sad but it was inevitable.

  4. ^^^Hey chuck & 6:23AM, how about we wait until it's determined who the suspect is before we assume? The police always catch theses types of crimes. How about we let the work? How about that? How about due process before you two become the worthless human beings you are? Don't worry scumbags, you'll get your chance to say nigger again.

    1. ;) Not a bit, really. Job, friends, going outside. You oughta look into those things. But parroting smarter and far healthier people is better than looking in that threatening mirror, eh?

Anyway, go ahead and reply. I know you will. Can't guarantee I can play with you anymore today though. ;)

  8. I see several of these motorized wheelchairs running around on Troost. Are these things street legal? Was he crossing the street or driving in the street? Always thought these folks shouldn’t be traveling the street but perhaps move to the sidewalks. Of course if he was crossing that’s a different issue. Sad either way.

  10. 7:54, 6:23 here. I once spent an entire year working on Troost. I don't need to wait and see who did it, I know who drives around with temporary tags on "their" car for over a year. Just like when I hear there's a shooting in Johnson County I know a black person did it. I don't need to see the sun rise to know it comes up in the East. And I don't need the police report to know a unlicensed, uninsured, black male was driving a stolen car that killed somebody.
