Can Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill Really Win Reelection Because Guv Greitens Couldn't Uphold His Marriage Vows???
Whilst allegations of slapping around some poor woman in his basement are salacious . . . They might not be enough to use against another guy who has also aligned against the skeevy Guv and demanded accountability . . . Here's CNN reporting that the leading lady among the Missouri Democratic Party is throwing everything and the kitchen sink against her opponent in a bitter fight for survival:
Greitens scandal looms large in Missouri's Senate race, and isn't receding
On a recent tour of a mid-Missouri manufacturer, state Attorney General Josh Hawley was eager to talk about job creation and vocational training, the themes underpinning his visit. And the Republican Senate candidate was especially keen to discuss Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill, whom he hopes to unseat come November.
It was a short time ago Greitens was a Democrat- just like his lawyer’s is now.
ReplyDeleteIf you think Greitens is a RINO or Turncoat or mole....he is not. He is just protecting his beliefs which changed.
Missouri would be better and the national GOP would be better if Greitens had not fought all the accusations and resigned, but since he feels he is more important than anything else - he will fight everything well into the end of the year.
If Greitens changes political affiliations again or goes independent- he is just doing it for the good of trying to better himself...can’t blame him.
He has tons of donated money and of course can count on Missourians to use their tax-payer money to defend his office. It’s not his money so who cares?
How about all the money the dems are spending to impeach him? They’ve already lost once and with the way they have been using dishonest and unscrupulous tactics I can’t blame him for fighting. This is the only way the dems can win anything is by ruining people instead of having a better platform to win by, honesty for the dummocrats went out the window with billy and Hillary

If people were to truly compare apples to oranges Claire's background isn't really any squeaky cleaner than Greitens might be.

The primary is still 3 months away. Plenty of time to find a real conservative candidate that could win. Missouri Republicans don't have to accept Mitch McConnell's hand picked candidate.

ReplyDeleteMany, many Companies are using their massive corporate tax breaks to create new jobs and expand their businesses rather than wasting them on Executive Bonuses, Shareholder Dividends and Stock Buy-backs!
We should also offer large Tax Breaks to Companies to get them to move to Missouri - that has a proven record of creating high-quality jobs that stay in this State.
After all, what can the Coasts offer except for a young, educated workforce? We have experienced, ageing, semi-skilled workers aplenty!
And we're working to get rid of those pesky Unions, too!

Hawley avoided investigating the Gov because he put party first. I think Clair has a chance if she doesn't screw it up.
