As a lawyer, Mr. Kobach makes a great politician . . . Take a look:
Federal Judge Finds Kobach In Contempt For Failing To Register Would-Be Voters
A federal judge has held Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach in contempt for failing to fully register and notify eligible voters he'd blocked. U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson found Kobach failed to send out standard postcards to those would-be voters and failed to update the County Election Manual used by local election officials processing voter applications, as she had ordered him to do in May 2016.
Not only should he drop out of the race for Governor, he should resign as SOS.
ReplyDeleteSuch brazen contempt for the rule of law means you are no longer qualified to hold public office.

ReplyDeletejust another phil cline
ReplyDeleteWhat's his punishment for publishing Social Security numbers on his website?
ReplyDeleteSo Contempt of Court Kobach is having funding raising problems? KKKris should have known donors that had their identities stolen have less disposable income to give. Especially to candidates that exposed their SS numbers in the first place.
"Deplorables" loves them some "Contemptibles"!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your next Governor, Kansas !
Cripes, this guy is such a dumpster fire. He comes across as a complete moron in interviews as well. Yet, he's going to end up being the next Governor of Kansas.
ReplyDelete^^^^^ As a life long Republican in Kansas I don't think Kobach will be the next governor of Kansas. I think Colyer is elected to that position in November.
ReplyDeleteThat contempt of court citation was handed down by Judge Julie Robinson, who is two thirds social justice warrior and one third semicompetent jurist. The outcome of this case was decided the minute it was assigned to her. Yeah, I know she was appointed by GW Bush (the Star makes sure to point that out in every story). It's not like W never made any bonehead mistakes; Robinson is one of them.
