If you can con people (and foreign governments) into giving you lots of money, then pay yourself immense amounts of "management fees", then declare bankruptcy and walk away leaving your small business suppliers and contractors stranded, you will be able to buy expensive prostitutes to play with while your wife is having your child, too.

    If you're good enough at it you can do it over and over again, and eventually you may be able to run the biggest con game in US History.
