At the end of the Earth Day we've learned that denizens of the local discourse are (understandably) far more interested with saving themselves over saving the planet.

- Sleaze Summit continues its downward slide as the new Raytown.
- Drama at the Courthouse will continue with a few more twists and turns as election season infighting.
- The weather warmup is on the way and locals hope to prevent another of rising homicide numbers.
- Midterm silly season is almost in full swing as we find that FUNDRAISING is far more important that the endless supply of partisan chatter.

ReplyDeleteThey're grinning and rubbing their hands in glee, hoping that Duct Tape does stick around, pitching his little hissy fits and snarling at the Legislature!
Three more years of that sort of nasty petty crap should be enough to turn Missouri around and have the voters send the GOP off howling in the wilderness so the Democrats can get this State back on its feet once again.
