I've been a guest at the "JoCo Hilton" it was probably the food but since she was still going through the initial mandatory observation period and in her cell 20-21 hours a day might have been boredom.

Never had the displeasure of being locked up out there at Joco but I have had the pleasure of being locked up at Jaco now this is just a hunch but if you had been locked up at Jaco instead of Joco, you would have been anything but bored, anything but

People make poor life choices and wind up in shitty places. Repeat that process often enough and sooner or later your inevitable death will occur in those shitty places.
