“Jackson County currently houses 800 or more inmates on behalf of the State of Missouri every day," Director of Corrections Diana Turner said in a statement. "Until the state pays on time and pays the actual cost of incarceration, much of the burden will continue to fall on Jackson County taxpayers and that’s unfortunate.”

  1. If the State of Missouri doesn't pay money to Jackson County, MO to house their inmates then, the Jackson County jail should just let those inmates out.

    1. The state isn’t on the hook until after a sentence is imposed. The jail has zero control over who they have to hold.

Missouri is holding on to there Money, The Rocker knows and The State knows as well A,downturn in the economy less revenue, The bubble is ready to Burst.THE Real estate bubbles And Commercial real Estate will be harder to lease,The new hotel Downtown, forty percent occupancy rate I could go on for hours. And the U.K.IS TRYING TO DRAG US INTO A WAR WITH RUSSIA AND IF THAT HAPPENS LITTLE ECONOMY AND MANY JOBS LOST, YOU HEARD IT HEAR FIRST.
