Fucking hillbillies. Here we have a nation wide opioid crisis and some dumb fuck millennial in state government starts recycling Toys for Tots boxes. If anyone knows of a smack junkie that is keen on turning in his drugs let us know. That would be a first. Your tax dollars at work.
