KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- An investigator working with the city has caught a USPS worker on camera illegally dumping loads of mail off the side of the road in a neighborhood near 71 Highway and Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard.

Wheres the other picture at of him dumping from a smaller postal vehicle. Worthless!!!!!!!! And, OMG I'm soooooooo "SHOCKED" that the alleged postal employee is "BLACK"........ GEEEEEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It amazes me how some in the "Black" community can be sooooooooooo lazy!

The USPS is dead in my opinion and they have nobody to blame but themselves. They could be like UPS but no they were to busy fucking off being the lazy pricks they are and over the years have slowly moved towards their own self destruction.
