Kansas City Monday Back To The Grind

AND WE'RE BACK!!!

It seems that Candice has a new baby bump and while this further devastates her career prospects, the not-so-happy modeling news inspires visions of lingerie x-mas past along with a look toward the future and all of these Kansas City MSM links right now. Take a look:

Kansas City man decks the halls to the tune of 21 Christmas trees

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- There are people who love Christmas decorations, and then there are people like Jeff Zumsteg. "I've always been a Christmas freak I guess," he smiled and said. Fanboy Hope For The Holidays

Are the Kansas City Chiefs better off now than in Week 5?

The first five weeks were a lot of fun, but the Chiefs just might be better off now than they were through their 5-0 stretch. Marcus Peters just had the game of his career in the most important regular-season game of Andy Reid's Chiefs tenure.

  3. It's always comical when there's a storm or other problem at a major airport around the country to watch the local television newsies breathlessly report from a mostly empty KCI terminal how much the problem has affected us right here in the big city.
    Two flights have been canceled!
Sarah has been stuck at the airport for almost two hours!
It would be difficult to appear more bush league.

  4. What I don't get is the fact that a major hub doesn't have full operating backup power. You have a battery bank with breaker switches for instant power that would give a generator bank time to start up (about 30 sec to full load generation). If it was a disruption of hotlanta's internal power distribution, well no help for that. They would clearly need a new airport, one built with better infrastructure.

  5. Whats the matter you lazy ass Lenexa firefighters afraid to crawl in and get that fire? Look like pussies sitting around outside shooting water all over the neighborhood. That looks like a simple 1 3/4 inch hose fire. Totally pathetic.
