  2. Right. Why should jackbooted thugs face any penalty for their actions?

  4. I would guess these people have enough money and they just want the truth to come out. It should be interesting. Look for all of law enforcement and the courts to close ranks to protect the police.

  6. I think it's hilarious that the former CIA agents are mad because their civil rights were violated. Didn't they make a career of doing that?

  7. I hope they own fucking Kansas when this is over. This a classic case of cop tunnel vision where officers convinced themselves that there were no other possible conclusions except that these people had to be criminals. The idea that the stupid Barney Fife fucks would use a field work of any kind rather than a forensic lab analysis to conclude something is drugs is laughable. This is especially true given that a search warrant was issued and executed. There certainly was no need for urgency and skipping steps given LE's own assumption that these folks were growing and cultivating drugs.

To make it even worse is the stupid fucking judge that must have been on drugs himself to concluded there was even probable cause for a search warrant. Suspicion is not Probable Cause but it sure seemed to rule in this situation. Get out your check book Kansas and fire a few of these shit heels to make sure it never happens again.
