Warming your car up unattended is illegal in some KC metro cities
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - The mornings will only get colder as we approach winter, but police warn you should not turn your car on and let it sit in the driveway to warm up. It is illegal to leave your car running with the key in it in cities like Kansas City, Missouri and Overland Park.
We need an officer specifically assigned to this problem. These offenders need to be hung from their heels. Pull some cops from the hood to handle this serious problem.
