Speed the billion on a new bridge with road north of river going through a tunnel under the new KCI using the old airport and the Harlem district. Win, win, win.

It would be great if KC did REGULAR maintenance on ANYTHING in this one-horse town. Don't count on a new bridge anytime soon. City Hall is bent on punishing the Northland for not supporting their hare-brained ideas.
