These promises to utilize MBE abd WBE companies are always made to get projects approved. When it comes timee to put up and do business with the companies the contractors just buy from whomever they always buy from in their good Ole boy network. The small, minority, and woman owned businesses get screwed over once again.
The building and operating of the Sprint Center and P & L district is a prime example.
