TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! KANSAS CITY HELPS SLEAZE SCUMMIT STAY WINNING!!!

Great insight into a development under consideration wherein local government offers special consideration to a neighboring city at the expense of KCMO best interests.

Here's the word . . .

"Developer of the soccer project @ I-470 and View High wants to de-annex 95 acres from KCMO so Lee’s Summit can take it over putting all of the project is Lee’s Summit. Project will include office, retail and residential. Net effect is KCMO is helping Lee’s Summit development at the expense of development around the new Cerner project. You should know that this project was never presented to any of the neighborhood groups – it is obviously on a fast track favored by persons sitting in very high places in the City. City just put my property in special tax abatement zone to help spur development around the Cerner project and then they turn around a propose helping a Lee’s Summit development that competes directly with South KC around Cerner."

Developing . . .

  3. "De-annexation from Kansas City", what a wonderful idea!

Let's go Southside and Northland, De-annexation for all!

Let's shut Kansas City into it's "Most Important" area, 85th north to the River, State Line to I-435, and let them live in that Utopia without having to deal with the rest of us "ungrateful Wretches"!

What a shame that the name "Boonville" is already taken, right?

  4. The name this project is Paragon Star Village Sports Complex. They are probably big contributors to Scott Taylor, Chairperson of the Planning, Zoning and Economic Development. Taylor thinks he entitled to be the Mayor of KC.

  6. @7:42. Dull. Unimaginative. Shoddy thesis and poor execution. It goes without saying if you hate it so much, why are you still here? Could be you're broke? Likely tens of thousands of dollars in credit card debt and can't afford to move? Extremely likely. For someone who so desperately wants out, you're stuck here! Does that make you feel like the failure I imagine you really are? It should! Here's some advice for you and people like you, if you can't afford to move, shut your fucking mouth. You broke-ass bitch! You're the problem in this town!

  7. It's already in Lee's Summit.
