A union-backed ballot question on whether the state should become "right to work" will appear in the November 2018 election after a ruling by the Missouri Supreme Court. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the last-ditch effort to stop the vote failed and that voters will get a say on a new law banning the collection of dues as condition of employment.
