Why didn't they do the world a favor and kill him? They had their chance and were completely justified.

Sounds like a clear case of "driving while black" where the po-po targeted an unarmed black man, oh wait a minute, that lame narrative is proved wrong again.

WELCOME TO BELTON HOME OF A 1000 CAR STOPS A MONTH...the police chief tells his officers to stop every traffic violation they see. It's a money-making situation for the city of Belton and that is sad. As a police officer you are sworn to protect and serve Why are you protecting me from a car with a burned-out taillight? Why aren't you patrolling my neighborhood anymore like you used to do? Is it because there's no money in it? This is the same city that hired an officer who was fired from his government position for failing to protect classified secrets and has since promoted him to Detective WTF to that

I would get in on it myself. From the pain and agony of just listening to the crooked police departments. They pulled the red light Cameras out of MISSOURI LOOK AT ALL THE REVENUE THE TOWNS LOST GO THE SPEED LIMIT DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
